FaceStation 2 is a set of applications allowing you to produce animations heads and elderly in 3Ds Max and Maya, by a simple nagovarivaniya and "antics" in front of a video camera. A special algorithm allows the application to recognize a human face in the video, and then installed 22 virtual markers on the face. FaceStation 2 does not require any physical markers on the face of the actor. But the use of FaceStation leads to a more accurate result by using 22 virtual tokens and transformation results in the concept of the program form. In each frame of the test actor's face is analyzed for the presence on it of 16 different "emotional" items (including smile hmurenie, lip movement, the pronunciation of sounds, movement of eyebrows, eye closure).
